I’m a working CNA and wellness coach who is also a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, health coach, meditation coach and poi spinning instructor.


I help CNAs and caregivers to chill out, tune in, and be well!

BTW, I fell into wellness coaching by accident...

In the hopes of healing my own health issues, I sought out the services of a wellness coach. As I started to reclaim my wellness, I fell in love with the idea of helping other CNAs on their own health and wellness journey.


Navigating the wellness industry can be challenging when you are so busy taking care of everyone else. There is an endless sea of information out there which is often misleading, unresearched and potentially harmful.


YouTube videos and books are great for creating awareness, but awareness isn’t always enough for transformation to occur. Wellness coaching can help with this!


A wellness coach will support, educate and motivate you in your wellness journey and help you stay on track. Small changes in habits and behavior can make a huge difference in your overall health and well being. It will make you a better person and better CNA.


By investing my time in the wellness of CNAs, I hope to contribute to improved job satisfaction for my clients, reduced burnout, and ultimately, enhanced patient and resident care.

In the demanding and often stressful environment of healthcare, CNAs frequently face challenges that can impact their health and overall quality of life. What happens during our initial coaching session?


We’ll start by identifying your wellness goals and transform them into smaller actionable steps. My role as your wellness coach is to bring you all the knowledge, resources and inspiration you need to put these steps into action. Together we will discover where and why you are struggling and explore what is working and what needs modifying.



Do I have to be a CNA to use your services?


Nope! Wellness coaching will be tailored to the CNA lifestyle but should be relevant to all types of caregivers. Everyone is welcome, even if you are not a caregiver!
